Insurance Benefits

You might have an Insurance Wellness Benefit that pays for or reduces the cost of your DACC membership.

 

  • Insurance Benefits Help

    Call us at 570-275-3001 or email as at TheDACC@danvilleacc.org to discuss your insurance and what benefits you have. We want to help you make full use of your benefits and simplify the process as much as possible. Please reach out for support.

  • Geisinger Health Plan (GHP)

    If you have GHP you may be eligible for a membership reimbursement annually of $100 for individual memberships and $200 for family memberships. Please contact us and we will help you with this paperwork.

  • Fully Covered Memberships

    You might have a Wellness benefit that completely pays for your DACC membership if you have one of the following types of insurance:

    Geisinger Gold

    Renew Active by UniteHealthcare

    Tivity - Silver Sneakers: Highmark Blue Shield/Hop, AARP, or AETNA
