Water Fitness Classes

Join us in the pool for our Water Fitness Classes taught by certified instructors. This class is ideal for all fitness levels. Water fitness classes are held in the shallow end of the pool. Knee lifts, running in the water, jumping jacks, and buoy style dumbbells are just some of the exercises you will experience. Water fitness movement increases your endurance, flexibility, range of motion, and strength. It is a great total body workout and stress reliever!
