        Chair VolleyballEnjoy a fun game of volleyball while seated in a chair. This 30 minute class is a great way to start your day! It takes place on Wednesdays at 7:30 am in the gym.

        School of WalkThis class will be held outdoors on the stadium track during the months of June-August. In addition to walking you will use resistance bands, dumbbells, and interval moves to add to the workout. Class will be cancelled in inclement weather.

        Silver SneakersThis class incorporates functional training to help with everyday movements. There is a focus on cardiovascular wellness, improving balance, and improving strength. The movements have you using weights, balls, and tubing.
