Enjoy classes that are designed with senior citizens in mind.

  • Chair Volleyball

    Enjoy a fun game of volleyball while seated in a chair. This 30 minute class is a great way to start your day! It takes place on Wednesdays at 7:30 am in the gym.

  • Lynn's Choice

    Our fantastic instructor, Lynn, will lead a different style of class each week. Come for the workout and the surprise!

  • School of Walk

    This class will be held outdoors on the stadium track during the months of June-August. In addition to walking you will use resistance bands, dumbbells, and interval moves to add to the workout. Class will be cancelled in inclement weather.

  • Silver Sneakers

    This class incorporates functional training to help with everyday movements. There is a focus on cardiovascular wellness, improving balance, and improving strength. The movements have you using weights, balls, and tubing.

  • Silver Sneakers Boom Move

    This fun, dance-inspired workout improves your cardiovascular fitness with easy-to-follow moves set to energized music.

  • Silver Sneakers Muscle

    You can build strength with free weights and athletic moves during this class.

  • Water Fitness

    This class takes place in the pool and is ideal for all fitness levels. Water fitness movements increase your endurance, flexibility, range of motion, and strength. It is a total body workout! See our water fitness page for the class schedule.
